Your order number is included in the order confirmation email sent immediately after purchase. It typically starts with '#' followed by numbers (e.g., #1001). You can also find it in your account under 'Orders'.
Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to appear after your order ships. If it's been longer, the seller may have created the label but not yet handed the package to the courier. Contact the seller for clarification.

First, check with neighbors and around your property. Couriers sometimes leave packages in safe locations. If you still can't find it, contact the seller immediately and also reach out to the shipping carrier with your tracking number.
Shipping times vary by seller location and your location. Generally: Metro areas: 2-5 business days, Regional areas: 5-10 business days, Remote areas: 7-14 business days. Check the product listing for specific shipping estimates from each seller.
